Michelin Guide Restaurants in Austin

No Two Stars in Austin, but seven One Stars is a deep top shelf, backed by fifteen Bib Gourmands and twenty-two Selected. BBQ carries real weight here — Leroy and Lewis, Barley Swine, Interstellar, and more all hold a Star, with Franklin and Barbs B Q holding James Beard Winner and Finalist honors on top of their Michelin nods. We score them all our own way regardless of what the inspectors say.
