APT 115 operates as three things under one roof — a restaurant, a wine bar, and a wine shop. Chef Joshua van den Berg creates and executes both a New American tasting menu and an à la carte dinner menu, so guests can go chef-directed or order on their own.
The wine list leans on small-production, low-intervention bottles sourced from around the world, and pairing draws regulars who come as much for the glass as the plate. Vinyl records play in the room rather than a curated soundtrack, and the space carries an intimate, cozy feel.
Michelin named APT 115 to its Austin Selected list in both 2024 and 2025.
