Best Restaurants in East Austin

Este sits alone at the top, backed by James Beard Semifinalist honors and a Michelin Selected badge. Thirteen more hit Delicious, including three James Beard Winners — Birdie's, Nixta Taqueria, Franklin Barbecue — and the neighborhood's BBQ bench runs deep with la Barbecue, KG BBQ, Kemuri Tatsu-Ya, and Mum Foods all carrying their own badges. Eleven Michelin Selected and six Bib Gourmand picks round out the list. Fourteen Damn Good spots fill in the rest, no shortage of places to eat well here.
