El Pirata Tortas has been serving Greater Duwamish since 2022, built around a menu of tortas, Chihuahua-style burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and bowls. The torta lineup includes the El Dorado — grilled chicken, chorizo, melted cheese, avocado, and chipotle aioli on toasted telera — alongside the spicier El Diablo and the Cuban-inspired El Cubano.
Beyond the storefront, El Pirata runs a food truck available for private parties, corporate events, weddings, and other gatherings, cooking the same menu on-site for larger groups.
