The Spot
Swift & Sons sits on Fulton Market in Chicago's West Loop, a stretch of the city once tied to the meatpacking trade. The restaurant comes from Boka Restaurant Group and B. Hospitality, with Chris Pandel as executive chef and design work by Avroko.

The menu covers a range of steak cuts alongside handmade pastas and seafood, with rock shrimp, oysters, and a Japanese wagyu offering among the dishes that keep coming up. A tableside bar cart and a sundae trolley add rituals beyond the plate, and a daily whiskey hour pairs classic cocktails with bites like pierogi and rock shrimp.

Swift & Sons has been Michelin Selected every year from 2019 through 2025, and Chicago Magazine named it among the city's best in 2025.
