The Spot
RPM Steak reworks the classic steakhouse format in River North, part of the RPM family alongside RPM Italian and RPM Seafood. It's the second collaboration between partners R.J., Jerrod, and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and Giuliana & Bill Rancic.

The beef program runs nearly two dozen cuts deep: 28-day dry-aged prime New York strip and cowboy steak, Westholme wagyu from Queensland, and Japanese wagyu selections like Matsusaka, Kobe, and a sake-lees "Drunken Wagyu," priced by the ounce. A cold bar turns out oysters, shrimp cocktail, and tiered seafood towers, while tableside beef tartare, black truffle risotto, and coal-roasted king crab lead the starters. Sides go rich by design — bacon mac and cheese, black truffle fries, millionaire's potatoes finished with shaved truffle.

RPM Steak has appeared in the Michelin Guide's Selected tier every guide year from 2019 through 2025.
