The Spot
Trino sits on West Randolph Street in the West Loop, where chef Stephen Sandoval builds a steakhouse menu around all-natural beef — ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip — cooked through Mexican, Argentinian, and Spanish influences rather than a straight American chophouse approach.

Down a lower level, Laberinto operates as the restaurant's speakeasy, with rotating guest bartenders and pop-up events that shift with the seasons. Upstairs, the dining room has hosted live music nights, including Spanish guitar and jazz performances, adding a lounge-like current to the steakhouse format.

The Infatuation scored Trino an 8/10, and Time Out Chicago named it to its Best of 2025 list.
