Sylvano Miami is the second location of a restaurant Sylvano Carrara opened in Miami Beach in 1993, after previously running other spots on Alton Road and Collins Avenue. This Edgewater outpost arrived in 2019, bringing the same format to downtown Miami.
The menu runs through Italian basics — pizzas, pastas, risottos, salads, seafood, and meats — backed by a full bar and a sizable list of wines and champagnes. Photographs of athletes line the walls and multiple TVs are tuned to sporting events throughout the room, giving the place a sports-bar undercurrent alongside the Italian menu. There's also a garden terrace for outdoor seating.
