Serafina Downtown Miami is the third South Florida location for the Italian brand founded by Chef Fabio Granato and Vittorio Assaf, who opened the original Serafina in New York before expanding across the country. The Miami World Center location keeps the formula consistent: a la carte Italian dining with a wine bar, built around handmade pasta made in-house.
Signature dishes include branzino, short rib ravioli, and Margherita pizza, alongside classic antipasti like burrata with prosciutto and house-made meatballs. The pasta list runs from pappardelle Bolognese to truffle fettuccine parmesan and Drake's lobster ravioli, with filet pappardelle rounding out the heartier end of the menu.
Granato and Assaf have spent more than two decades making regular visits to farms and produce partners in Italy, a practice the restaurant points to as the basis for its ingredient sourcing.
