Ossobuco runs on an open-fire kitchen: wood-fired grilling applied to dry-aged beef and charred, organic and seasonal vegetables, served a la carte. Chef and Grill Master Guillermo Eleicegui leads the kitchen in the Wynwood location, on a quiet side street in a neighborhood better known for noise.
The dining room has tall ceilings and huge booths, with tables spaced generously for a room this size. The ribeye is a standout among the steaks, and the ossobuco pot pie gives the menu a dish built around the restaurant's namesake.
Michelin selected Ossobuco for its 2026 guide.
