Cotidiano takes its name from the Spanish word for "everyday," and that idea runs through its founding story. Rodrigo Hecht started the concept in Guadalajara as a market, deli, and café in one, before bringing the first U.S. location to Wynwood, Miami, in 2026. The menu draws on recipes rooted in his mother's cooking and his family's history in the restaurant business.
Breakfast runs all day here: Huevos Rancheros, French Toast, and Horchata Tres Leches Pancakes anchor that part of the menu, alongside Short-Rib Chilaquiles — braised short rib and pasilla salsa over house-fried tortillas — both called out as signature dishes. House-made flour tortillas show up elsewhere on the menu, and the kitchen also turns out bistro staples like the Sirloin Burger, Honey Chicken Burger, and a Black Angus Ribeye among its house specials.
The format is casual and all-day by design — breakfast, brunch, lunch, and cocktails under one roof, meant to function as an easy neighborhood gathering spot in Wynwood.
