Our Take

Krüs Kitchen builds its menu around ingredients treated like they matter — ambitious, specific, sourced with real intention. Scallions, long beans, cabbage, lobster: simple components turned into the backbone of dishes that change with the seasons, twice a year. That rotation is the restaurant's nerve and its risk. A dish that sings in one season can shift shape entirely in the next, and the kitchen is clearly fine with that trade.

The room backs up the ambition. Set above sister restaurant Los Felix, reached by an industrial switchback staircase, the dining room opens into a glass block window that climbs into an arched skylight. Bookcases lined with biodynamic wine bottles catch the afternoon light. It's a space with a genuine point of view — mellow, unhurried, confident without trying hard to prove it.

What makes Krüs work is that the food and the room share the same temperament: easygoing on the surface, deliberate underneath. The seasonal gamble occasionally costs a dish its footing, but the overall hand is sure enough to forgive it.

Michelin has already taken notice, naming it among its Miami selections. That recognition tracks with what's on the plate and in the room.

The Spot
Krüs Kitchen is a seasonal a la carte restaurant in Coconut Grove from Grassfed Culture Hospitality, serving dinner and brunch. The menu includes hand-rolled pastas and daily baked breads made in-house, alongside vegetables sourced from local farms and consciously sourced meats, paired with a natural and biodynamic wine list.

The dining room sits above its sister restaurant, Los Felix, reached by an industrial switchback staircase. A glass block window stretches up into an arched skylight that spans the room, and bookcases filled with wine bottles line the walls. The menu shifts with the seasons, changing at least twice a year.

Michelin selected Krüs Kitchen for its guide in 2026.
