Cart-Driver takes its name from the Carrettiera, the traveling purveyors of Southern Italy who carried the freshest vegetables, seafood, and cured meats to villages across the countryside, along with news and conversation. The RiNo location carries that idea into Five Points through pizza made with sustainably sourced food, set in a relaxing environment with an emphasis on hospitality.
