The Spot
Pig and Tiger takes its name from the Chinese zodiac signs of co-chefs and co-owners Darren Chang and Travis Masar — Darren born in the year of the Pig, Travis in the year of the Tiger. The restaurant draws on Darren's food memories of being raised by Taiwanese parents alongside Travis's background across various Asian cuisines, combining more than twenty-five years of culinary experience between them.

The menu moves through traditional Taiwanese classics alongside modern and new interpretations, built with local Colorado products. The chefs also bottle their own chili crisp, sold in-house and as a retail product.

Pig and Tiger was named to Eater's Essential 38 and included in Westword's Best of Denver for 2025.
