The Spot
Somerset operates as the main restaurant inside Viceroy Chicago, just off Rush & Division in the Gold Coast. The menu draws on Southern European, North African, and Middle Eastern traditions, built around shareable plates and stone-fired breads, with flavors like harissa, zaatar, pistachio, and dukkah running through the dishes.

The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, open to hotel guests and walk-ins alike. Brunch draws a regular weekend and holiday crowd. A patio extends the space in warmer months, and private dining rooms — from semi-private setups to full buyouts — handle events and larger gatherings.

Somerset has been selected for the Michelin Guide in both 2019 and 2021.
