The Spot
Cabra sits atop The Hoxton hotel at 200 N Green Street, serving Peruvian-inspired food with open-air rooftop views over the West Loop. It's part of Boka Restaurant Group, which also runs Girl & the Goat, Little Goat Diner, and Duck Duck Goat elsewhere in Chicago.

The menu draws on dishes like ceviche, chicharron, pork shank, quinoa salad, and goat empanadas, with a cocktail program built around pisco. Weekend brunch brings its own lineup — bacon and egg solterito, quinoa french toast, and skirt or eggplant saltado — while the Grazing Hour menu adds bites like spicy sticky wings and pork belly sliders.

Michelin awarded Cabra a Bib Gourmand in 2019, 2021, and 2023.
