Brasero in West Town and Nic + Junior's in River North both carry a James Beard Semifinalist 2026 tag, while Cabra rounds out the trio with Peruvian cooking in Fulton Market. All three land at $$$ or $$$$ — this is a small list, but nothing on it is a compromise.
