The Spot
The Pembroke operates out of the Doyle hotel in Dupont Circle, one of Washington's older residential neighborhoods, moving through breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a weekend brunch that's become a draw in its own right. Regulars come back for the cinnamon rolls and chicken & waffles at brunch, alongside truffle fries, hash browns, french toast, steak, and soup across the rest of the menu.

At midday, the Power Lunch offers a three-course, bento-box-style meal — crisp greens, a choice of steak or eggplant parmesan, and butterscotch budino to close. Dinner service carries into the evening for both casual meals and celebrations.

The Pembroke has been a Michelin Guide Selected restaurant in Washington DC every year from 2019 through 2025.
