Torraku Ramen - Lombard

Torraku Ramen started as a food truck before settling into a permanent space on Lombard in the Marina. The menu covers familiar Japanese comfort food — ramen, donburi bowls, yakisoba — but the katsu sandwich stands out: fried pork or chicken coated in spicy mayo, served alongside a dressing and cabbage salad meant to be mixed and stuffed into the sandwich for extra crunch.
