Sushi-San brought its Chicago sushi concept to Nashville's 12 South neighborhood, part of the Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group. Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan leads the kitchen, serving fresh fish and binchotan-roasted meats.
The room has its own personality: old-school hip-hop on the speakers, a Japanese whisky list, and a walk-up soft serve window serving hand-dipped cones and san-daes that's exclusive to this location. Patio seating is available for lunch on weekends.
Nashville Guru named Sushi-San a Best New restaurant of 2025, and The Infatuation scored it 8/10.
