The Spot
Parlour began as a holding pattern — a spot for people waiting on a table at the restaurant upstairs in the North Loop. The Parlour Burger and an Old Fashioned were reason enough to stay put, and that pairing eventually spun into multiple brick-and-mortar locations, a food truck, and stadium outposts under Jester Concepts.

The menu still leans on that original combination, with fries and ravioli showing up alongside the burger on most tables. The room keeps the casual, bar-first feel of its original setup, tucked into the Warehouse District blocks of the North Loop.
