The Spot
Tacos María operates as a food truck stationed at the entrance of ZeyZey, the Little River music venue, from the team behind Los Félix. Tacos are served individually, making it an easy stop whether you're heading into a show or coming out of one.

The tortillas are made in-house — nixtamalized corn for the tacos, beef tallow flour for the quesadillas — and the proteins lean grass-fed and free-range: Niman Ranch pork for the al pastor, marinated 24 hours in chile adobo; braised-and-fried Duroc pork belly for the chicharron; grass-fed brisket for the barbacoa; free-range chicken thigh for the pollo asado. Oyster mushrooms get a hazelnut salsa macha for the honguitos, and a yellow-fin tuna tostada comes topped with crispy quinoa. Esquites made with Florida sweet corn, choclo, morita mayo, and cotija round out the menu.
