La Fraîche Pasta Box is a fast-casual pasta shop in MiMo built around a build-your-own-bowl format: pick a pasta shape, a sauce, and toppings ranging from figs to caramelized onions. The pasta shapes — six of them — are rolled and cut in house daily, and dry pasta is also available by the pound.
Sauce options include Alfredo (made with real Parmesan), Pomodoro, Bolognese, and Pesto & Cream, among others. The Mushroom and Truffle bowl and the Solferino, which combines Bolognese and Alfredo, are house favorites. For warmer days, there are cold pasta salads too, including smoked salmon with dill and lemon, and burrata with figs and prosciutto.
