The Spot
Eos Garden occupies the Bay Shore Water Pump House, a coral rock landmark built in 1923 that once served as part of Miami's early infrastructure. Owner Halit Avuka named the restaurant for Eos, the Greek goddess of the dawn, and built the concept around the building's history and its gardens. Icen Mardin runs operations.

The menu draws from Greece, Türkiye, and the Eastern Mediterranean: meze and dips like hummus, muhammara, tzatziki, and babaganoush arrive on a shared platter, while hot apps run from falafel and cheese saganaki to garlic shrimp, ahi tuna tartare, and grilled octopus. The watermelon salad comes with feta, walnut, and mint, and the from-the-land section centers on grilled lamb chops with chimichurri and lamb shish kebab. The kitchen also sends out a wood-fired sea bream.

The space previously held Cafe Roval and Zoi, and Eos Garden's outdoor seating and surrounding gardens have become a defining part of the setting.
