BANH operates as a small counter inside the café at Books & Books in Coconut Grove, assembling bánh mì sandwiches and Vietnamese drinks in a tight space with no indoor seating. It was founded by chef Phuoc Vo, who has cooked at the Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Disneyland, alongside co-founder Aidan Friedson.
The sandwich menu stays short and fixed: The OG, Lemongrass Chicken, Short Rib, and Don't Cluck With Me, all bánh mì made fresh daily. The drink list runs through signature bubble tea, Vietnamese cold brew, taro boba, and hibiscus-passion fruit tea.
