The Spot
Postino LoHi occupies the reworked space of the former Denver Bookbinding Company, keeping some of that industrial character intact rather than smoothing it over. It's part of the Upward Projects group, and like the concept suggests, wine is central to the experience here.

The menu runs through bruschetta boards, snacky things, soups and salads, paninis, and a dedicated brunch service, with desserts and a kids' menu rounding things out. The boards are enough of a draw that the restaurant runs an annual "Battle of the Bruschetta" among its lineup.

Regulars point to the patio as one of the neighborhood's better hangout spots, and the daily happy hour has built a loyal following among locals who treat this as a standing appointment rather than an occasional stop.
