Dishes like venison and burrata draw regular mention from diners, along with the bread and the handmade pasta itself. The restaurant also runs a wine club with monthly bottle pickups and offers private pasta classes.
Olivia has built out a sustainability program that includes upcycling compost to help fund better ingredients, the subject of a 2025 Food & Wine feature.
The restaurant has been selected for the Michelin Guide in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and was named a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Outstanding Hospitality in 2026. It also landed on 2025 best-of lists from both 5280 Magazine and Westword.
