Pizza Dada serves New York-style pizza — whole pies and by the slice — out of a stall inside the Sterling Food Hall in the Chicago Loop, with takeout and delivery available across the city.
The pizza comes from Steve Owens, who spent years assisting at Table, Donkey & Stick before moving into pizza part-time in 2022 and full-time in 2023. Matthew Sussman, who opened Table, Donkey & Stick in 2012 followed by Danke and Bar Parisette, brought Owens into the Sterling Food Hall to make pizza after tasting his crust firsthand.
