La Grande Boucherie occupies a two-story space inside Chicago's Belle Épque building in River North, part of the French brasserie group with locations in New York, Washington DC, and Miami. The room is built around the building's original character: custom curved stained-glass windows, mosaic marble floors, and a racetrack bar shipped in from France.
The concept pairs the ambiance of a steakhouse with a traditional French brasserie menu, framed as a fusion with River North's own culinary history. The two-story layout gives guests views over the surrounding streets from the upper level.
