Reuben's Deli runs a menu split into basics, signatures, and hot sandwiches, with more than 100 items total. The basic side covers turkey, ham, salami, capicola, roast beef, egg salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, and bologna, each with a choice of bread and cheese. The signature list gets more ambitious: the Godfather layers salami and capicola, the New Yorker pairs corned beef with pastrami, the Olympic stacks six meats, and the Hot and Blue combines cajun roast beef and turkey with blue cheese. The Hot Pastrami and Reuben are among the standbys, alongside a Turkey Club and a breakfast menu that runs from morning into lunch.
