A stadium outpost at Truist Park runs the same recipe and comes up a notch short of the original, which only proves how specific the Krog Street version is — it's not a formula that travels on autopilot, it's a kitchen doing something right in one place.

The wait can run long, and the prices have crept past what a sandwich stall usually asks. Both complaints are real. Neither one undercuts the case. People keep lining up because the food backs it up, and the room around it — counter service, market energy, no pretense — earns the loyalty it gets.
