Behind them, six Bib Gourmands and seven Selected spots fill out the list, from Burnt Bean Company's barbecue to Garcia's Mexican Food To Go at a dollar sign. Several also carry James Beard Finalist or Semifinalist nods, but Michelin's the badge tying this whole guide together. We still score every one on our own scale.
