Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery sits in the Pearl district, built around a working on-site brewery. Chef Jeff Balfour, a San Antonio native, draws on his Galveston upbringing to shape a menu that blends coastal classics with Southern cooking and modern Texas cross-cultural influences, designed to pair with the house-brewed beers.
