Café Tulúm is the follow-up from the owner of Maïz64, the Southern Mexican restaurant that closed after a kitchen fire. In Georgetown, that same Southern Mexican foundation continues, now layered with Japanese influences. The menu centers on tacos, tostadas, oysters, and ceviches.
