The Spot
Burrito Express started in 1994 as Seattle's first taco truck, feeding crowds at Mexican concerts and dances around the city before it found a permanent home in South Park's Latino community. The truck has stuck to what it started with: authentic Mexican tacos and breakfast burritos, made from family recipes.

The poblano burrito has become a standout on the menu, and regulars keep coming back for it. Homemade salsas — both tomato and tomatillo, made fresh daily with farm-fresh vegetables — set the kitchen's approach to flavor, and service moves fast even with everything prepped from scratch each morning.
