Leleka serves Ukrainian comfort food out of a counter-service setup in the Financial District, with takeout, delivery, dine-in, and catering all on offer. Everything is made from scratch, using organic flour, grass-fed beef, Mary's organic chicken, and locally sourced ingredients, with no seed oils.
The menu centers on dumplings: potato, cheese and potato, and pelmeni across seven varieties, served in bowls of twenty. The wrappers are thin and chewy, the fillings mild by design, built for a free sauce bar stocked with garlic, spicy, soy sauce, and sour cream, with caramelized onions available as an add-on. Borscht, beet salad, and hand pies round out the rest of the menu. Frozen dumplings are also sold for home cooking, ready in under ten minutes.
