The Spot
Supper occupies the ground floor of Hotel Emma in San Antonio's Pearl district, running as the property's American eatery with a menu that changes with the seasons. The kitchen works from partnerships with farmers across South Texas, building dishes around heirloom vegetables, local honey, and ethically raised meats. Reviewers point to roasted chicken, branzino, brussels sprouts, and green beans, along with brunch dishes like poached eggs and French toast, and a bar seating option for those eating solo or dropping in.

The restaurant's private dining room, Swiggle Key, is named for the original Brewmeister's master key used for beer-testing when the building was part of the Pearl Brewery complex. It's furnished with tobacco barn tables shipped from Kentucky and opens onto a patio with views of the San Antonio River and the Pearl's amphitheatre.

Guests regularly cite the Hotel Emma setting itself as part of the draw, alongside attentive service and a beautiful ambiance that many say justifies the higher price point.
