Meat Cheese Bread has been a fixture on Stark Street in southeast Portland's Buckman neighborhood since 2008. The shop bakes its bread in-house and builds its sandwiches from products sourced from local farmers and ranchers, prepared in an open kitchen that puts the cooking in view of the room.
