Our Take

4 Saints doesn't announce itself with a gimmick. It sits in Downtown Palm Springs doing straightforward American cooking, and it has kept doing it well enough, year after year, that the story here is consistency rather than novelty. In a resort town where restaurants churn through concepts and closures on a short clock, staying power is its own kind of statement.

The record backs it up. Michelin Guide has selected the restaurant five years running, 2022 through 2026, which isn't a flash of attention but a sustained read on the kitchen holding its standard steady across seasons and staff changes. A national recognition list took notice too, which only confirms what the run of Michelin selections already argues.

That's the case for 4 Saints. It isn't chasing a moment. It's built a track record most Palm Springs restaurants can't match, and it's earned the trust that comes with showing up reliably rather than loudly. Damn good, and dependably so.

The Spot
4 Saints operates on a rooftop above a hotel in downtown Palm Springs, pairing mountain views with a cocktail program and a kitchen built around premium seafood, grilled meats, and locally sourced produce.

The wagyu steak has developed a following among regulars, and the space also hosts private events, from corporate gatherings to wedding receptions, against the same desert backdrop.

4 Saints has been named to Michelin's Selected list every year from 2022 through 2026, and was included on Time Out Palm Springs' 2026 citywide best list.
