Cava in Brickell runs on a build-your-own bowl format, stacking rice, grains, legumes, and greens with a lineup of dips and sauces that includes hummus and tzatziki. The menu also offers a set of signature bowls for those who'd rather skip the long list of add-ons, among them a harissa avocado bowl built around cubes of chicken. Juices round out the counter, with pineapple apple among the options. This Brickell outpost wasn't the chain's first in the Miami area — that opened in Hialeah.
