Motek opened its first location in Downtown Miami in 2020, built around a kosher-style menu drawing on Eastern Mediterranean traditions. The restaurant is family-owned and sources grade A, 100% Glatt kosher chicken, beef, and lamb, though it is not certified kosher. The Midtown location is the group's ninth in South Florida, joining outposts in Brickell, Coral Gables, and the original Downtown spot, where hummus, arayes burgers, and kebabs have been consistent menu staples.
The Midtown space offers indoor and outdoor seating and runs all-day brunch alongside lunch and dinner service, with freshly baked sweets and coffee available throughout the day.
