The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse keeps a full daily rotation going — brunch, lunch, dinner, and a separate tea time built around afternoon tea and dim sum service. The brunch menu alone crosses several cuisines at once: a Cuban sandwich and American breakfast plates sit alongside Kookoo Sabzi, a Persian herb omelet, an Indian dosa, and a Volcan de Guanajuato & Eggs plate.
A number of components are made in-house, including hand-pressed black bean tortillas, naan, pickles, and pop tarts. Lapsang souchong tea, a nod to the teahouse's name, is worked into both a sausage preparation and a hollandaise.
The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse has been selected for the Michelin Guide in both 2025 and 2026.
