Cimera takes its name from the Spanish word for summit, a nod to its perch above Brighton Blvd in Five Points/RiNo. The kitchen pairs internationally acclaimed Chef Diego Muñoz with Colorado-based Chef Geoff Cox, a partnership built around Latin tradition alongside Denver sensibility.
