The Spot
The Mansion Restaurant occupies the ground floor of Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, a Dallas landmark known locally simply as The Mansion for its residential charm and long community ties. The kitchen turns out contemporary American cuisine with French flair, built from fresh, local ingredients and paired with a curated wine selection.

The property extends beyond the main dining room. Heritage Afternoon Tea is served in the setting of a 1925 library, with heirloom teas, scones, and pastries. The Mansion Bar offers cocktails, wine, and live entertainment, and a restaurant terrace adds another space for seasonal fare. Private dining includes a wine cellar room built around a 12-person table, along with larger group setups.

The Mansion has drawn sustained attention from the James Beard Foundation over the decades: an Outstanding Restaurant semifinalist in 2011, an Outstanding Pastry Chef and Best Chef semifinalist in 2009, an Outstanding Service finalist in 2000, an Outstanding Wine Program finalist in 1999, an Outstanding Restaurant finalist in 1998, 1996, 1995, and 1993, and a Best Chef winner in 1994.
