Lonesome Rose opened in Logan Square in 2017 as an all-day bar and restaurant serving Tex-Mex-inspired food. The menu keeps things simple: breakfast tacos, a beefy, cheesy quesorito, and a margarita list the restaurant treats as a core part of the experience.
The concept expanded to Andersonville in 2023, giving the restaurant a second Chicago location. Back in Logan Square, the original space added Culebra, a basement bar operating downstairs from the main dining room.
