The Spot
Craft & Carvery started as a stall in the now-closed Time Out Market before landing its own storefront in Wicker Park. The sandwich list still carries holdovers from that run — a roasted mushroom melt, a mortadella panuozzo — alongside additions made for the new space, including coffee, cacio e pepe tartines at lunch, and pizzas the kitchen frames as a NY-meets-Neapolitan hybrid.

A carving station anchors the room, slicing brisket and porchetta by the pound to go with the sandwiches. Brunch runs daily, and the kitchen roasts, braises, and slices to order rather than holding food ahead of service.
