The Spot
Iron Rose sits on the ground floor of the Pink Hotel in the French Quarter, built around dramatic architecture, an expansive dining room, an elegant bar, and an outdoor fountain courtyard. The name comes from the wrought-iron rose motifs found on railings and garden gates that have marked Charleston's private gardens since the Victorian era, a nod the restaurant ties to craftsmanship and to something rough made delicately beautiful.

The kitchen works in Southern staples reimagined with locally-sourced ingredients, alongside a cocktail program built for the bar. The restaurant runs across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, giving the room different identities depending on when you visit, including brunch service with live music.

Beyond the main dining room, Iron Rose also operates a private events space with its own courtyard and bar, built to handle everything from intimate dinners to receptions for up to 200 people.
