The name comes from the wrought-iron rose motifs found on railings and garden gates that have marked Charleston's private gardens since the Victorian era, a nod the restaurant ties to craftsmanship and to something rough made delicately beautiful.
The kitchen works in Southern staples reimagined with locally-sourced ingredients, alongside a cocktail program built for the bar.
