The Spot
Veracruz All Natural started in 2008 as a small trailer selling snow cones and natural drinks, run by sisters Reyna and Maritza Vazquez, who grew up cooking in Veracruz, Mexico before settling in Austin. In 2010 they moved into a bigger truck and started cooking tacos, and the following built from there.

The menu has since grown to include breakfast tacos, plant-based dishes, and fresh juices, served across seven locations now operating in Austin and Round Rock under the same family ownership. The sisters describe staying hands-on in the kitchen, including at a newer sit-down concept, Veracruz Fonda & Bar.

Eater named Veracruz All Natural to its essential 38 list for Austin, and it appeared on A Taste of Koko's 2025 best-of roundup for the city. Regulars point to consistency and service as reasons the food keeps drawing a crowd.
