Cuantos Tacos leads, Delicious tier, a Michelin Bib Gourmand out of East Austin for the price of a cheap lunch. Taqueria De Diez backs it up downtown at Damn Good, a step behind but no letdown. Two spots isn't a long list, but 484 spots in this city and only two clear the bar — that's the point.
