Seven seafood spots clear our bar in DC. Two carry Michelin One Stars.
Imperfecto and Xiquet by Danny Lledó top the list, both One Stars, both $$$$, both Delicious as F*ck. Below them, Fish Shop Restaurant holds Delicious with a Michelin Selected nod, and the Damn Good tier runs four deep — BlackSalt and Hank's Oyster Bar on the Wharf among the Selected, Ivy City Smokehouse carrying a Bib Gourmand. Rappahannock Oyster Bar rounds it out with no badge at all. Seven spots, three price points, most of them decorated.
